Like every other business we are finding our way to follow the best practice guidelines issued by the government due to the Covid-19 outbreak. The health of our staff, customers, and the community is a priority for us.
We are still taking orders but asking domestic customers not to collect their orders from the yard for the time being. David is working from home with the office phone and can advise you on alternatives and the control measures we have in place for the delivery of firewood, payment, etc.
It is important to keep some of the essential elements of our work going, including forestry, agricultural products, and firewood, as these support further crucial supply chains or services. Our focus must therefore be on these first.
We will keep our roadside honesty hut stocked up with firewood, kindling and offcuts, and this is open 24 hours a day.
The situation is, of course, constantly changing, and we will respond to any new guidelines as and when they happen.

  1. I spoke to David a few weeks ago about a possible job constructing a storage/bike shed/top garden. I was hoping to get some clarity on if this is a good time to follow up on any decision being made about it?
